Cheapest Coor Finishing Option Yet

I didn't think I wanted another Bodyline order. But then I saw a girl review a Bodyline bag and I had already seen reviews for boleros they have. I have heard good things about the boleros, so combined with the bag review it made going back to Bodyline an option. God, Bodyline does not make their clothes look appetizing on their website. Maybe they display better in the shops.

Anyway, I'm thinking the strawberry bag in pink, although I really can't get behind the idea 100% because to me the strawberry bag says "Spring/Summer". I was hoping for a coordinate that would take me into cooler days. That's why I've been looking at long or 3/4 length sleeves. I don't really care that it's an Angelic Pretty knock-off.

I'm starting a poll because I think I may cut back on other spendables and finish out this coordinate even while I'm saving for vacation. I know I barely have readers, but I need help deciding. Look left, please. Thank you for voting.

Petticoat Dream

I had a dream that I got my order from In the Starlight. Then I was standing in the corner of my living room getting my picture taken by Japanese photographers. It was almost like a continuation of the Misako Aoki dream. But in this dream, they wanted me to talk to the video camera too, in Japanese! I barely remember any Japanese from college so I was really struggling. And I was having a serious wardrobe malfunction: my petticoat was extra poofy but in the wrong place. It was rising up over my stomach and made me look like I was pregnant. I kept trying to explain to the photographers that something was wrong with my petti, but I didn't have the words right. It was a really weird dream.

Then I woke up and wanted to put on my pink floral dress with the new petticoat. It took me a few minutes of laying in bed thinking about it before I realized that the order isn't here yet. Maybe tomorrow. Even though I have a bit of anxiety about the order, I'm really looking forward to what's coming. My current petticoat is so not working. I didn't know when I ordered it, but it's only 10 inches long. I have to pin it to my clothes so it's in the proper place when I wear lolita. It's like a butt ruffle. That's what I get for ordering without measurements from Bodyline. I was only thinking of the waist and hoping that fit, when I should have been thinking of length as well.

What About...

I'm still supposed to be saving money, but it's so hard because my coordinate isn't done yet. I've been looking at Baby the Stars Shine Bright. I may want Usakumya, the tiniest one, and a bolero. It's cheaper than the Innocent World bag and bolero combo I posted earlier. Hmm, decisions, decisions!

In the Mail!

I heard from the ladies at In The Starlight and my skirt is in the mail. Their customer service is so awesome! Skirt's currently pictured to the left. Coming along with it are a petticoat, bloomers, and a hairbow. I'm wondering how the bow will sit on my head. From the pictures on their website, it looked like a good investment. But of course my curls make some styles look weird. We'll see!

I had two skirts by them from the old catalog that were lost in the flood. They were workhorses. I'd wear each at least once a week. I machine washed and dried them. A few times I handwashed and wrung out in the bathtub. The lace was awesome and heavy duty strong, but still all soft and pleasant. I'm going to try my damnest to treat this new skirt nicer than those older ones, so it'll probably last forever.

What I Wanted to Buy Next...

This is what I wanted to order next: a purse and bolero from Innocent World. I had been looking over a few websites to build my next coordinate. I finally decided that I would keep using my brown boots and get a bag and bolero in pink to finish out the coordinate. The bolero is even on sale right now for 30% off. I think that they would look awesome with the skirt that's coming. But then I heard from a friend that our vacation in November to see a play is on. So now, not supposed to be spending money. :(

Weird Loli Dream

Last night I had a dream that featured Misako Aoki. She's an ultra cute Japanese model. She was in the US last weekend for the Baby The Stars Shine Bright store opening. In the dream, she was wearing a black print dress with quite a bit of pink in it. I think I was wearing a white print dress with pink and blue in it. I had a massive head-eating headbow on. She complimented my coordinate and people took our picture. Then she put my cell number in her awesome deco phone.

I thought it was weird because I've never had a dream like that before. I blame the fact that I went to her website yesterday. It's majorly cute, just like her. Please go there, and have wonderful Misako dreams.

Color Scheme Woes

I think I'm keeping with the pink and brown that I've got going on. I'm trying very hard not to stray from that. Metamorphose has a bag coming up for Winter reservation that I really, really want. It's the bag I pictured, but in the dark bordeaux Royal Frame fabric I also pictured. I've been trying to tell myself that it's just 9800Yen and it is PINK. And then on the other hand I'm trying to stay away from it. One, because it's not actually pink and two, because my November vacation is back on.
